We found the first open coffee shop in Amsterdam, at 9 AM! It was called Coffeshop Ben. Look for more info when I get home.

Open Air Market in Leiden, open twice a week, full of produce, fish, flowers (even in early March!). Gorgeous site, right on a canal.
