it’s funny that the suggested topic is about love. i think about that a lot.. but up until fairly recently.. i had a quite extensive time of not dating anyone at all. (for somewhere around the past 6-7 years)

i do think that there is an ‘almost perfect’ match for everyone… but all relationships require work from both sides. i think that ‘perfect person’ would not be perfect.. but have a soft heart… ready to change and compromise and love throughout all those times when it’s the hardest to love. a relationship is not one-sided. a relationship is not without conflict. a relationship cannot survive without a continual love even through conflict.

i also believe that it’s possible to love someone even when you don’t like them sometimes.

If you can’t think of anything to write, I’ll offer a topic for this month: What are your feelings on finding a person that you love? Do you think that unless a person is perfect for you, they could never be the one for you? Or do you think that nobody’s perfect, so you figure you’ll eventually have to compromise on certain things? I’m really interested in hearing what a few of you fel about the subject.

NEW YORK (Reuters Health) - Although both marijuana and tobacco smoke are packed with cancer-causing chemicals, other qualities of marijuana seem to keep it from promoting lung cancer, according to a new report.

That’s right. No cancer risk.

It turns out that THC doesn’t activate a certain enzyme that nicotine does. This enzyme apparently “converts certain chemicals in both tobacco and marijuana smoke into cancer-promoting form.” Actually THC blocks its production.

So what’s the problem with smoked marijuana as medicine? I thought lung cancer was the only problem. If it doesn’t cause lung cancer, why don’t we simply legalize marijuana as a medicine?
