NORML has a new online cartoon, similar to (well, you know) that documents a bit of the history of Samuel R. Caldwell, the first American jailed for a violation of the Marijuana Tax Stamp Act, as well as a bit of NORML self promotion (but what else is new with internet cartoons?).
If you don’t really know much about the history of Marijuana prohibition in the United States, you should definitely check out this cartoon. NORML does their homework pretty well, so you can be assured of its accuracy.
