I made this Bloody Mary mix as part of a friendly competition with a bartender from Harvest Moon. He was blown away. It’s pretty damn good. Mix it with Absolut Peppar vodka for the best Bloody Mary you’ve ever had.

1 – 42 ounce bottle of tomato juice cocktail (like V8)

1 – cup vegetable stock

1 – orange, juice and zest of

3 – tablespoons Worchestershire sauce

1 to 3 – tablespoons hot sauce, to taste

1 – tablespoon prepared horseradish

2 – minced garlic cloves

1 – teaspoon onion powder

1 – teaspoon *toasted* celery seeds

Mix all ingredients and let chill in refrigerator overnight. Mix three to four parts of the mix to one part vodka.
