I made this Bloody Mary mix as part of a friendly competition with a bartender from Harvest Moon. He was blown away. It’s pretty damn good. Mix it with Absolut Peppar vodka for the best Bloody Mary you’ve ever had.

1 - 42 ounce bottle of tomato juice cocktail (like V8)

1 - cup vegetable stock

1 - orange, juice and zest of

3 - tablespoons Worchestershire sauce

1 to 3 - tablespoons hot sauce, to taste

1 - tablespoon prepared horseradish

2 - minced garlic cloves

1 - teaspoon onion powder

1 - teaspoon *toasted* celery seeds

Mix all ingredients and let chill in refrigerator overnight. Mix three to four parts of the mix to one part vodka.
